Budget taking effect already?
I know that the Governator's new budget has to be approved and all before it happens, but it sure seemed like a new policy was in effect on road plowing following today's 2-3" snowfall. I think they have gone to plowing just one side, a bit down the middle by the looks. Guess it's okay if we all go to the same direction at the same time.
