Mitcheltown Bridge Repairs....

Just curious.... I know that Mayor Bob removed himself from the discussion as he is a neighboring landowner, which I guess makes sense. The last I heard the other selectmen were to meet with the landowner on getting a go-ahead to get going on repair of this road bridge/culvert/whatever..... This goes back about three/four years now doesn't it? What is the problem here really?
