The "flocks" are beginning.....

Wasn't quite sure if I could catch this group of canadian honkers as I didn't have my zoom with me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did show up pretty fair. The echo, on a very quiet morning, of the geese "talking" as they take off, bouncing at me from off the sidehill was really neat. Perhaps I'll go back tomorrow with my zoom on, and see if I can re-create this bit of nature happening all around us right now....
